Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups Chocolate wafer crumbs
5 Tbsp. melted butter
Filling:
3 8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 large eggs2 oz melted semisweet
chocolate
Frosting:
6 oz melted semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temp.
Crust:
Mix chocolate crumbs and melted butter. Press into pan.
preheat oven to 300 degrees
Cake:
In large bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, and eggs on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Spoon half of mixture into crust.
Stir chocolate into remaining cream cheese mixture until well blended. Drizzle over batter in crust to make swirls.
bake for 50 minutes. open oven door and let cool in oven. cool completely. Chill covered with plastic wrap.
Frosting:
Mix together chocolate and sour cream until smooth. spread over cheesecake
chill until frosting is set.
