Cheesy Chicken and Rice bake
Ingredients:
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
   ( regular or 98% fat free)
2 cups   Milk
1/3 cup water
2 Cups Wild  Rice Or plain long
    grain whit rice
1 onion Diced
1 or 2 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast            halves.       (4-6 breasts)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

Mix:  Soup, Milk, water,Rice,Onion and salt and pepper into shallow baking dish, 11 X 7. Top with chicken, sprinkle chicken with pepper.
Cover and Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.  (we found with wild rice it needed to cook longer).
Uncover and sprinkle cheese over the chicken, brown in oven.



We thought cheese through out  the whole rice dish would be good too.( to try next time)
Also you can add canned or frozen vegetables to soup mix before topping with chicken.
