Italian Garden Pasta with Chicken
ingredients:
1tbsp olive or vegetable oil
3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
    ( but into thin strips)
3 cups (about 26 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed dried red pepper              (optional)
8 oz. creamette healthy harvest thin                  spaghetti, uncooked
1 pkg (9oz) frozen Italian green beans or cut       green beans
1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into thin           strips
1 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise           and sliced
1/2 purple onion (optional)
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add Chicken: cook, stirring frequently until lightly browned. I added 1/2 of a purple onion with this. Add spaghetti sauce and crushed red pepper, if desired: heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; during the last 3 minutes of cooking add vegetables to pasta cooking water ( cover to maintain boiling). Drain pasta and vegetables; spoon sauce mixture over pasta and vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.

makes 4 to 6 servings.
