Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts ( boneless)
12 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
( i used 1 can of cream of celery/1 cream of
chicken)
1/2 cup white wine ( any kind) ( pour a glass for yourself while your at it.)
seasoned croutons or garlic and onion croutons ( i used seasoned stuffing mix)
1/4 cup margarine
1 chopped onion (optional)
9x13 baking dish
Directions:
Place the Chicken in the 9x13 baking dish and cover each piece with cheese. Mix soup and wine, and chopped onion together and pour over chicken. Crush enough croutons to cover the top of the dish. Melt the margarine and drizzle over the top of everything.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
This recipe is so good you can even serve it to your Mother In-Law.
Serve with rice and a veggie. I used wild rice. Very tastey.
