Pork and Noodle Skillet Dinner
Ingredients:
3/4 lb. lean boneless pork
1 medium onion,chopped (1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 cups frozen loose-packed broccoli
  cauliflower and carrots
4 oz. medium dried noodles or curly
       medium noodles ( 3 cups)
1 10-3/4 oz. can reduced-sodium condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or thyme
          (crushed)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:

Trim fat from pork. Cut into thin bite-sized strips. In a 12 inch skillet cook and stir pork and onion in hot oil over meduium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.

Stir in frozen vegetables, noodles, soup, broth, water, and seasonings. Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
