Cassarole
Ingredients:
1 lb bulk sausage
3 1/2 chicken breasts
1 pkg Uncle Bens Wild Rice
    (without spices)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped grren pepper
1 cup minced onion
1 can each cream of mushroom,
celery, and asparegus soups .
Directions:
Fry sausage and drain. boil chicken breasts in 2 1/1 cups water. cool in stock. ( save the stock). Cut chicken into small pieces and add to the sausage. Mix in wild rice and the celery, green pepper and minced onion. Mix in the three soups. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours without a lid
