Potato Salad

ingredients:

4 cups potatoes  red skin, leave skin on,                dice into bite size pieces.
1 cup celery, cut small
1/2 cup onion, I used 1 cup, cut small
1 cup mayonnase
2 tablespoon vinagar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
5 hard boiled eggs ( optional)
2 cloves of garlic, minced  ( optional)

Directions:
Cut red skinned potatoes into bite size pieces and boil them until soft. I peeled mine. It doesnt matter really. While thats boiling cut your onion and celery. Mix mayo,vinagar,sugar mustard and salt and pepper together, at this time add garlic too. when the potatoes are done add them to the bowl with the onions and celery. I added 5 hard boiled eggs this time.
Add the Mayo mixture into potatoes and mix it gently. Your potatoes will be soft and you dont want them to mash.
