Spicey Chicken Cassarole
Ingredients:

Vegetable oil cooking spray
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1(10 3.4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 ( 4 ounce ) can green chilies ( drained)
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes ( drained)
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic chopped
6 chicken breasts
1 package of flour tortillas
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
optional: 4 oz can jalapenos
Directions:

Cut chicken breasts in to bite size pieces. Sautee onions and garlic, add chicken and cook thoroughly or until brown.
Mix together  3 cans of soup in a bowl. Add drained tomatoes and chilies, and a cup of cheese. Add sautee'd onions and chicken to bowl. Mix everything together until chicken is coated.

Spray 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. Layer the tortillas and the chicken mixture in the pan, beginning with tortillas and ending with tortillas. On each layer spread about a cup of cheese. Spread cheese over the top of casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
