White Chili
Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts
3 cans of white beans
2 4oz. cans diced green chilis
1 16oz. tub sour cream or(HMO)
1-3 cups milk
7-10 fresh jalapenos
1/2 med.red onion
2-4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1-2tablespoons parsley
1 lb.shredded Jack cheese
1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
1-2 teaspoons basil

Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces ( or use 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey ) and saute with finely chopped onion, garlic slices, salt and pepper until done.( You can throw out the garlic if you want). Add the canned beans, chilis,chicken, sour cream and herbs and spices into crockpot. ( add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin). Reserve liquid from the beans or use some of the milk, place in blender along with the fresh jalapenos and chop/liquify . When you can no longer see any large pieces of the jalapenos, add to the crockpot. Add shredded jack cheese 1 to 2 hours before serving. if chili is too thin, use belnder again and blend some of the liquid with corn starch for a smooth thickener. if chili is too thin, add milk.
